I want to appeal to the Prefect

Within 60 days of notification of the infringement notice – to the Prefect of Matera – presented in person to his offices in Via XX Settembre 2, 75100 Matera, or by register letter with return receipt addresses to Polizia Municipale di Pisticci, Via Cantisano 4, 75015 Pisticci (MT).

I want to appeal to a Justice of the Peace

Within 30 days of notification of the infringement notice – in front of the territorially competent Justice of the Peace, [See the list under “Forms / Informations” filing it in person or by registered letter with return receipt in accordance with art. 7 of Legislative Decree 150/11.

I would like to request the payment by installments to pay the penalty: what should I do?

Fill in Form D and send it by one of the following ways:

by registered letter addressed to Polizia Municipale di Pisticci, Via Cantisano 4, 75015 Pisticci (MT);

by PEC to  ufficioverbalicds@comunepisticci.it

Is a 30% reduction of the amount of the sanction envisaged even if an application for payment by installment is made?

No. If the application for installment is accepted, the 30% reduction will not apply to the penalty to be paid in installments.

Is there a 30% reduction of the amount foreseen even if I have applied to pay by instalments?

No. If the application is accepted, the 30% reduction is not applied to the penalty to be paid by instalments.
